Hi Danielle - congratulations on your pregnancy!
I have a condition that is mimicking aps. Like you I commenced on 100mgs of Asprin prior to conceiving and I have continued that throughout this pregnancy. I am on Fragmin (which is like clexane) 5,000units once a day. I see you are on 4,000 u which is a standard dose. I have lost 3 mid term babies due to this condition that is why my doseage was a little higher.

You will be scanned more frequently to ensure your baby is growing according to what is expected. At these u/s they will check the blood flow to the placenta and through the uterine arteries/umbilical cord. You will also have more frequent blood work - to ensure that your platelet count is okay and that you are not od'ing on the heparin!

Apart from that your pregnancy should be the same as anybody else. Wishing you lots of luck with your pregnancy and I look forward to following your journey.
