Sciatic Pain

Hi everyone,
I am nearly 41 weeks pg and I have been experiencing the most agonising sciatic stabbing pain in my bottom. I know it is from the pressure of the carrying bubby but what can I do to relieve this pain? I'm so desperate!! I am going to go into labour any day now and am terrified what is going to happen in second stage as even doing a poo causing me to break down in tears so who knows how i'm going to push out a baby.
Please help me with your tips.

I had bad pain down both sides when pg not much helped except a massage. Go to see a pregnancy massage specialist..it might help bring on labour too!

The pain went away pretty soon after delivery for me.
