Sick

I am so sick. Dh had gastro last nite and I was awake for a couple of hours. Being tired does ramp up my ms again but I have kept nothing down today, tummy cramping and feverish. So very very thirsty and throwing up everything I drink and dry retching. Can't sleep from the pain of tummy and throwing up. Can't get warm Baby was kicking before and I know with these things the baby is looked after first but what should I do? Heartburn is terrible and I am lying here crying from pain. Very sorry for myself.

If you can't keep anything down ie. Fluids then you should probably go to the hospital because they may have to give you some IV so you don't get to dehydrated

Yeah I know that'd be something I'd do but better to get sorted before you get to bad that way you won't have to stay as long

Ring maternity. I'd be having some fluids hooked up. You need to be able to function too.

Star! thats horrible darl, you should ring the hossy and see what they think. Is someone helping you with your DD? Could they drive you to the hossy? Thinking of you hun xxxxxxxxxxx

I rang maternity and they said to come in. I feel dreadful and so thirsty and don't want to waste their time. Dh is with me looking after dd and he's going to take me, sister is coming to look after Dd. They said prob a bug but the dehydration is the risk

I'm back from hospy now. Got fluids zofran and maxalon. Feel heaps better but tired. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions
