Upper back pain?

heydehey, just wondering if there are any ideas out there for upper back pain ...
I have a constant pain in my upper back, between the shoulder blades. It even hurts to breathe

I'm seeing a physio on Tuesday morning, but I don't think I can get any kind of work done or rest easily unless I can do something.

Sounds like your backs out Kaz, that is exactly what happens to me if mine goes out. I get a sharp pain when i breathe in.. Do you know a decent osteo/chiro?

I had a similar thing last pregnancy, just one particular spot between teh shoulder blades. I cant' remember what I did about it though... hopefully physio can sort it out.
