Vaginal Pressure

I have had a lot of vaginal pressure today mainly the feeling I need to go to the toilet but when I do still feel like I need to go. I have had an occasional shooting pain there but not regular more just discomfort. Is this normal at almost 20 weeks.

I remember feeling more that way towards the last few weeks when pg with DD. If it was me, I'd get yourself checked out by your GP just to be on the safe side. There is no question or appointment too silly when you're pregnant. Best to put your mind at ease. I'm sure all is fine and it could just be where bub is sitting that is pressing on something? HTH.
