    Don't Know what to think....

but I found a lump in my right BB and am a bit concerned as my Nan has had breast cancer and had to have a double mastectomy as a result of it and her mum had it as well!

I felt the left BB as well and there isn't one in that BB.

I've been stressing about it since I felt it last night!

Should I ring and make an appointment with my DR or wait until my appointment at the end of the month!

My family doctor told me she will not send me to have a mammy until I'm 32 as that is 10yrs before my nan found out she had it!

I'm now seeing a doctor in my local area and am still a bit uneasy around her!

Which do i go and see?

Go to the one that you are more comfortable with and if she does not help you then go to the other one. Great advice go now and try not to stress, i know its easy for me to say as i am not in your situation But i am sure everything will be fine. Thinking of you

I found a lump when my DD was about 6.5 months, about 2 weeks after getting married. I went to my GP who sent me for an ultrasound, which showed the lump. He offered to do a biopsy, or said i could have surgery to cut it out.
I saw a surgeon, then got scared and didnt return for another 12 months to see him ...naughty i know...
When i went back to see him, I was booked in for 2 weeks later on, had it removed and tested. He said he looked like it had the potential to be nasty, but it was all good, luckily.

I'm with *LovemyKids*, go to one Dr, then the other if you aren't happy with what they do. *hug* again, I know how scary it can feel when you initially find that lump.....hope all goes well

    Results are all clear!

The Breast Care Nurse (The McGrath Foundation is trying to get as many of these nurses into every hospital) said she will talk to the doctor that I saw on monday and they will decided together if I need to see them again if so they will send me out an appointment if not then I do nothing but get checked every year now!

She told me alot was riding on the results of the needle Biopsy and that nothing SINISTER was found (what ever that means!!) so atm it's just a waiting game!
