ETA - Just ignore my whole post - I read your first one incorrectly - it's late - and I got excited about possible colonoscopy humour!
Um, you know it is a different hole don't you LOL - just kidding! Not often there is an opportunity to try and make someone about to have a colonoscopy smile
I can't see that it would be a problem - the camera line that they use is actually quite thin so it wouldn't put any pressure on a tampon as far as I can see - but at worst they would just ask that you to take it out. Maybe take a pad with you for afterwards just incase.
