Huge bugger look, as I said the radiation is just that but it's also a small area treated so you won't get any of the big physical ramifications as you would with bigger lots of radiation. Yep BCCs are really invasive if not caught in time. They grow quickly and aggressively - they are not lethal but can eat up the skin.
