I'd be using some colloidal silver on the area. Personally, I wouldn't use the moo-goo anymore - the bacteria in a staph infection will thrive in an area that is constantly moist so I'd be spraying on some colloidal silver, letting it air dry and putting a nappy back on - which I know is hard in winter with a child that isn't toilet trained.
