I got a rash earlier in this pregnancy and it came from a shower gel that I'd used before and never had a reaction to. Also found that a soap that I'd used forever suddenly gave me a rash across my back. So it's possible that something you're already using and familiar with could be causing it (maybe an ingredient change?). I found creams didn't help and I needed to shower for a while in just water before it settled down.
