My arms are fizzy

So i've been feeling under the weather since Monday. MOnday was pretty bad, I was feeling dizzy, nauseaus (I can never spell that), achy and my skin hurt to touch it. Tues I felt a little better but last night I lept getting dizzy and my arms feel all tingly. Kind of like pins and needles. My head has also been pounding since Monday

I never normally get headaches so one for 4 days is freaking me out. I went to the Doc today and he said it's a viril thing and to take panadol but to be honest this dizziness, head and tingly arms has got me a bit scared. I'm also having a lot of trouble sleeping and can't get comfy...it's like my bed is some strangers bed and I don't know what i'm doing there - does that make sense?

Has anyone else had anything like this before?? Having friends over tomorrow night and I really want to be better.

It sounds like a migraine darl - it could be a hormonal thing, it is for me. If you are concerned, definitely go back to the doc, because it can be a symptom of something more serious.

Just a thought, have you hit your head / fallen down recently?

Hmmm, could be a calcium deficiency... pins and needles in the finger tips are a classic symptom of that. I'd give nurse-on-call a ring if you want a bit of a second opinion.

My hands and arms get all tingly when I'm dehydrated - odd I know!

Probably not, but when my anxiety flares then I get those exact symptoms. My body goes all tingly as well. I also have a calcium deficiancy. Just a thought. I don't know your circumstances.

Maybe if people suspect they have a calcium deficiency it might be best to get it confirmed... there are some conditions where taking extra calcium can be harmful (eg if you have a kidney problem). I'm not a professional
