I am in SO MUCH PAIN this morning, which annoys me, coz I had no symptoms yesterday. HAVE to go to work - does anyone have an quick fixes to stop the pain while I wait for the treatment to work??

I've had UTI's before, but I usually have symptoms before it gets this bad....it even hurts in my back, which I'm guessing is my kidneys
