Got results. Basically such a bad infection that it was nearly septic. Was close to hospitalizing me. Now on more AB's for another week. Then another ultrasound. No wonder I feel so unwell.
Oh my god. I know that a severe infection is still terrible, but I am so relieved it isn't cancer! :hug: Yes, no wonder you feel like crap!
Big :hug: It must be a huge relief that it's not cancer. I hope it clears up quickly with the ABs.

Goodness! Hope the ABs help. Had a friend who had a tooth abscess that went sceptic and he ended up in ICU for a week :(

They didn't put me in because DH is in the medical field and would know of it got bad enough to go. He thought I should have been in more pain though. But I have a really high pain threshold. I thought birth wasn't painful, and cut my own ingrown toenail out. So I guess that's why I don't have a heap of pain.
