so glad that its not cancer!!! phew
but now you need to get yourself well again!!!
hugs hun and hope you start to feel better soon xxxxx
I hope the infection is starting to get better now. I'm sure the relief (and a good night's sleep or two) will do you the world of good. But if you're not feeling much better in another day or two make sure you go back and get reviewed, as they may need to adjust the ABs some more.
I seeem to be going downhill again today. The fever is back, and although breast is no worse, it is no better.
I have a referral to a breat specialist. As soon as I said inflamed breast, they fit me in for Tuesday. So I am pleased I am going soon. If I get any worse, I will present to ED. DH is the paramedic on duty tonight.
 Lilima, what an ordeal. I'm so sorry you are going through all this.
Glad its not cancer meg but sucks how sick you are with all this. Hope you see an improvement soon.
So glad that it's not cancer. Probaby the stress from waiting and worrying hasn't helped the infection. Hope things improve over the weekend for you, your body is great at healing itself and can overcome the infection now ;)
Hugs. What a relief. Hope the abs start making you feel better soon
Hope you had a good sleep and you feel much better this morning.
Glad it isn't cancer. Boo to the infection.
While you're on ABs, talk to the dr or pharmacy for OTC things that will help boost your immune system and help with side-effects of the ABs (like probiotics to help with gut health, or if you're prone to thrush from ABs something to help with that). Nourish your body, good food in will help it heal. If you feel like sleeping, then sleep, so that all your energy goes into fighting the infection. If you need help from friends, then ask for it.
So glad its not the c word. I pray the anti biotics start helping very quickly huni. Huge hugs x

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I still feel terrible. I have an appointment with my mums breast specialist on Tuesday. ( both my mum and aunt are BC survivors). I want to talk about my options, and organize genetic testing.
My diet has been sh**. I had been so good and healthy for about a month, and stress has caused me to go nuts on fatty and sugary foods. I have still managed to losev4 kgs since Sunday. ( and I was pretty slim to begin with).
I am taking anti B's, panadiene forte, nurophen, lysine (for the cold sores I now have) and a pro biotic. I sm known for thrush if I eat sugar - so I am guessing tha will come next.
I also have a Uni assignment due Monday, missing work, and DD has upcoming surgery.....
Get an extention for your Uni assignment. You have plenty of medical evidence to warrant one.
I know with small ones it's hard to rest but try and get as much as you can.
Yeah - the lecturer is fine, but I will have piles of work to catch up on. I wonder if I could get special consideration fr Uni. I am sure what I eventually hand in will be rubbish, as I am falling behind the class.
Saw the specialist. She says I have an extreme infection. She has ordered me on bed rest for a week or so. She says of I don't slow down, I will end up very sick. But with uni, work, caring for kids and a shift working husband, it is hard!
Do you have family who could help out at least short term? You can't afford to get sicker and end up in hospy. Could your dh take carer's leave?
Perhaps you husband could take a few days off?
 Rest up and I hope you're better soon.
Yeah bed rest for a week plus bit tricky, could you at least get couple days? Get hubby on carers leave?
