I too love the cowboys (the drink that is)....
Anyday I would drink them over any drink.
I too use mumof5's name for the drink....
quite often i have asked a bar man for some coc# ######## cowboys....
we sond like we would party well together....
A few cowboys and I'm a gonna......
-
Mumof5 have you named that BUB yet???
-
Lol i cant wait to have some drinks again.
We have decided on a name Breah Alexis Denice(Denice is after my mum and i really dont like it it just doesnt flow if you know what i mean). Im pretty sure thats the way we will spell it its normally spelt Brea but i dont like it spelt that way so it was going to be Brieah or Breah wat do you think?
Im having her on the first of May now so not to far away:dance:.
I interviewed cleaning ladies yesterday cause im a freak when it comes to my house being clean and things getting done. So after my c/s i know i wont be able
to do it all so she started today. Just once a week for the next 9 weeks until im back on my feet. Boy did i feel weird having someone clean my house but she did a good job even did all the window sills and moved the furniture out from the wall. I have done stuff all all day and im so tired!
But i sure could get used to a cleaner around once a week hehehe!
So anyway where is everyone?????????? I have been in here everyday for nearly a week but noone posting!!????
-
Yes I like the name brea but I dont know how you should spell it, best go with your heart.
(not sur about the denise added but again it is your choice and you must follow your heart on that one too).
wow a cleaning lady - "I want One"......
How much do they charge these days and what do you get for it?
(I hate mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms and I also loath Ironing, i dont like cleaning windows either, Ok I am not a fan of cleaning at all....)
But I do it as I dont like mess.
The first of may WOW that is comming really fast, how are you feeling stress wise? as I would be freaking about the op right now if it was me.....
I have my appointment on the 21st of april with the doctor for the Ivf so far Im still attending it with Craig, and we will see what happins after this.
I think they mainly do tests with the first appoinment font they?
I'm 30 this september, "Bugger"...
-
Oh i hate Denice too but mum will be chuffed about it,she has dropped some hints here and there.
Oh a cleaning lady is a must have im not going to want to get rid of her once im able to do everything again.
She striped the beds and remade them(cause i asked hehe) dusted EVERYTHING high and low mopped the floors vacuumed did all the skirtings and window sills putted everything out and vac behind did both bathrooms and the 3 toilets wiped all the cupboards in the kitchen down wiped all the wardrobes down. It was $90 but it was really worth it trust me.Even if you got it once a fortnight or once a month as a treat. Im getting mine done once a week cause i normally do it once a week. Yes im starting to freak out abit only cause of the op and now also the added stress that my heart will be ok during it. Ive been fine but i just freak out.
But im getting so excited about meeting my little girl i so cant wait for that part.
I keep thinking and dreaming i have a boy and it really freaks me out.
I was thinking you had your appt soon and tests the first time and the next time for the results and the referal to westmead and you should be done with the specialist. How exciting!

well ladies i have been busy with school holidays....so can't wait for the $hit heads to go back to school next week. well atm i have a lemon ruski sitting on my desk, and its all mine.....still not doing the preg thing, hubby just went for an internal job interview for the F1-11 team, and if he gets it means a pay increase, which would be fantastic, then i wouldn't have to work and we can start pretty much straight away on ivf....i hate having to wait, but he says it would be better to wait this way we know that when it comes time, we don;t have to worry about anything. we are also looking at going through qld fertility in toowoomba, but the only draw back is it is going to cost $7,500.....they have a higher success rate with the ICSI in women my age group......it looks like we are heading down the icsi path because dh's swimmers have decreased to him #1 smoking & #2 stress.....i'm still collecting my baby stuff, and now all i need is a cot & baby and i'm all set.....well enough out of me.....cheers kiya
-
Kiya- your very strong to be able to wait. I couldnt so we just went with it. feet first like normal hehe. School holidays start tomorrow for us. YAY im getting a sleep in for two weeks then a new baby the next week:p
-
yeah i wanted to go for it, but i myself decided that it was best to wait.......we had to decide what had to come first and even though i so desperately want another baby, we also have to have a roof over our heads as well, and to bring a new baby into our crappy house wouldn;t be fair.......so the house, and dh's job come first, then the baby.....plus i'm also thinking of working out at the RAFF base as well to get more fund together and build our nest egg up again, so when i do have to leave we will have the money put away, also being out there i will get maternity leave, which is a plus these days.......it seems everyone in laidley these days is either having a baby or just had one, i have days when i come home in tears because thats all i want......enough of me.....cheers kiya
-
Im so different to you i just cant wait everything has to be yesterday hehehe.
I wouldnt put it off much longer darl cause that clock is ticking.
I know ivf is good but you dont want to lessen your chances anumore then you have too!
Give your selves the best shot and all the rest can come later.
There all pregnant or just had one cause there is nothing better to do in laidley .
Listen to your heart!
-
that is so true......my heart says do it and do it now......but another part of me says wait, but that is also playing with the inner clock......maybe i should just do it and deal with everything else later.......i have already had the phone conference with westmead, my gp and myself, so that is the first hurdle down.....maybe i should when i get my tax back i put it towards making this baby happen.....it could be incentive to get the new house happening sooner....i know what you mean about the babys & laidley......there was even a grandmother having a baby.....she was at the school picking up her grandson and i over heard her talking to another mother and how she only a few weeks to go and was having to have a c/s because of her age......she looked like she was nearly 60......must be something in our water......cheers kiya
-
knock..knock..knock....anyone home......wow it is really quiet in here. school holidays must be keeping you all busy....my kids went back to school today....woohoo....i could not be happier...LOL...Em hope you are too uncomfortable....only a few short weeks to go then you will be holding that beautiful baby.....cheers kiya
-
gosh i should really read what i write before i send.......it should have read, i hope you are NOT to uncomfortable, not the other way around.....kiya
-
Lol i read it the right way anyway:lol:and it sounded perfect in my head.
Maybe i should learn to read.
Another check up tomorrow boring!
DD just got her belly button done, now she is walking around like a 90 year old
woman:cryinglaugh:. I did warn her BUT she HAD to have it.
No getting out of any jobs either as its self hurt hehehe
-
ouchies.......i have often thought of getting it done myself, but after seeing a friend of mine get a bad infection in hers, it put me off from having it done......so are you ready to have the baby? got the baggy packed for hospital ? gosh i had mine packed for maddison when i was 24wks because they said they were goign to take her then because of the dvt & placenta previa.....didn't need it until 38wks, so i did good.....cheers kiya
-
Oh yes its been packed for  since christmas:D. 16 Days to go and counting!
Im so so ready to meet this little baby and to love her.
It seem ive been pregnant for years and i think it seems that way cause we tried for so long and then all the treatment on top of that and now the hole pregnancy.
So yes very very ready!!!!

Hi everyone sorry I have not been in here.
Not having much fun up here and I'm begining to get a little worried.
had pm on 28th which lasted 7 days, stopped for a week and began again (on sunday) and is still going strong (today thursday). never had this before, Never.
Have had alot of clots too but my doctor does not seem to be too worried.
felt like saying you get 2 periods within 3 weeks and see how you feel....
at least I get an ultrasound but not untill the 3rd of may, first available appointment.
My docter wants me to seriously think about holding off on the Ivf for a while as I could have something cooking in there? (cyst or something). (craig is all for that GRRRR.)
plus I must admitt it has been about 5 years for a pap test for me, (overdue) maybe longer.
You know I feel like my tube is going to explode on my right, it is killing me.
I thought maybe an eptopic preg but he did a urine test and it said negative.
The pain is like someone pinching me, and it comes and goes.
friday night I was in so much pain I thought my uterus was going to fall out, then the bleeding came sunday and bright in colour too.
I would love to walk into that hopsital and tell the doctor who allowed me to have my tubes clamped that I am so gratefull for all this trouble it has caused.
Mumof5- I'm counting with you....
Kiya- wish mine were back at school, holidays have only just started here and I'm already wishing it was over....
Thank goodness my daughter still goes to preeschool, thats one child down 2 days a week, though I would prefer her home and the others at preeschool LOL....
-
Mummy25..
Still go ahead with you appt cause you must have a papsmear and an ultrasound as part of all the testing for the IVF.
Does sound weird that its just started up out of the blue like that.
But the specialist will sort it out for you
-
mummy25.....i agree with mumof5......don;t hold off, still have your appointment.....i have just had my pap & u/s which i have to have every 6mths because of the cells, but at least i know what is going on inside.....best of luck....things will be fine....cheers kiya
