My dad has been told today that he very likely has prostate cancer. He is having a biopsy on Monday to confirm it I am so close to my dad, the mere thought of him with cancer scares the hell out of me. Hopefully it's localised and in the very early stages as his PSA levels are still in the norm, just elevated but they had a 40% jump in 6 months. I just can't believe the time has come for one of my parents to be diagnosed with the dreaded C word
