Does anyone believe in ghosts?

Logically I don't. But I'm not convinced because I'm sure I feel/see them sometimes. An energy or presence more than anything. This morning in DS's room, I walked in and immediately felt a presence hovering around the end of his cot. It wasn't malevolent but not necessarily friendly either. This happened twice & gave me goosebumps. The second time, I asked "it" to leave (feeling rather silly at the time). The third time I went in - there was nothing. I have felt a presence in our house before but this is the first time in DS's room. Very weird. Am I crazy? It was broad daylight even.

ETA - It's not an old house or anything & I'm not aware of any deaths in it.

Yes I do and I get really scared by it. I dont know much about angels etc and depending on your beliefs you can ask Arch Angel Michael to watch over your baby. You turn to every corner of his room and say "Arch Angel Michael please protect my baby". This is what I have heard anyway.

Sometimes there doesn't have to be death occur in the house, spirits will stay on the land too if something had happened before the house was even built

... i haven't seen for many years, my 1st being when i was 10 and my last at 26ish, but i still experience other ' things ' ... and sad to say i have experienced the presence of something i guess most would refer to as evil ... makes me very weary & open to what ' could ' be possible good or bad !!

Yes I do - saw one when I was 7 or 8. Still sleep with the covers over my head to this day
My DH has also seen one but I think it was the same one I saw when I was younger - family member.

I believe in demons (fallen angels) being all around us, and using their knowledge of us and our pasts to play around with our feelings and emotions. I believe that they are very curious about humans, and this manifests in very sick ways sometimes - and I say this as one who has had experience with some of the things they can do.

Most of all, I believe that the ones people are generally aware of are NOT friendly, and I try to stay as far away as I can.

I wonder what happens to us after deathm were our soul and essense happens to disapear to.....I also wonder about these strange people who stare over my bed at night and scare the crapola out of me when they wake me cause they wanna say hello

No I don't wanna know, because my beliefs tell me that any of my dead relatives are simply sleeping, and waiting for Jehovah to resurrect them. And anything that might be standing behind me is trying to distract me - of course, the description sounds like me, so it could be my sane personality!

I spoke about this once with my Nanna after I saw an angel at the end of my bed once and wanted her opinion. I found her point of view very interesting.

I do believe, for want of a better term. I don't, and have never contacted any, they seem to show themselves to me for some reason. I just don't know what to do once they have made contact.

I suppose it would depend on what outcome you want. For myself, if/when I have an encounter, whether it be nightmares or physical encounters, I try to figure out what has brought them to, because there is generally a reason. Maybe something I've been given, or bought secondhand etc. Then I get rid of that item, or whatever it is, because it is being used as an invitation for these demons to come to me, and I don't want it.

Of course, if you want to be contacted, you'd probably be better off speaking to Maz or Punks

I have them around all the time, have done since I was a child. Sometimes the more malevolent ones annoy me. I do go on ghost hunts from time-to-time.

I never did until I experienced it myself. When we were renting had an experience in two different houses. Never saw anything but we would hear things and strange things happening in the house. In one of the houses a little girl spoke to me in another language. I would love to think my parents were here with us now. Often DH will hear things and say thats your dad, but I havn't sensed anything yet.

I do.. i believe in spirits and ghosts some people think they are the same thing, i am not 100% sure.

I have seen my brother, great grandfather and great grandmother in dreams.. my pop passed on a final msg to me, my brother has shown himself when i am pondering life and my great grandmother seems to like letting me know she is watching over my DD.
I consider them spirits...

GHOSTS are the guy i have previously seen talking to my DD through the window, the 'watcher' i call him and the friendly refuses to show herself but paces my halls when DP is not here.. i think to check up on my girls and I.

The watcher scared the absolute crap out of me, and in the end i had to 'ask' him to either let me know how i could help or to back off and not get so close to DD and to stop watching me when DP was around as it was making me uncomfortable.
He has backed right off, and does not scare me now.

I don't think there is any right or wrong answer, i personally believe in them that doesn't mean that that is what they are or that they even exist.. maybe it's my perception of something else....

ETA - Maz you have a gift my friend... i'd love to know if you get a feeling about me.. or anyone connected to me.
