I've Have been having a lot of different dreams where I get Really angry.I smash plates, swear at everybody, scream lots, and last night I was throwing hammers at dh's friends. Quite often dh is involved as the one I get angry with.

I have been having these dreams for a few weeks now. At first I thought that maybe I was just taking out some anger in my dreams, but now I don't think I could possibly be so angry.
Quite often I wake in fear that I may have been yelling out loud at dh.

Any thoughts to what these dreams might mean?
