just a dream or should i take this dream symbol seriously?

well i had a dream last night which was kind of like a tutorial in how to protect myself from bad spirits. so i was in this house and there was a lady there who was teaching me things but the only thing i can remember specifically that she taught me was the following.. i was lying on the couch with my back to the fireplace. i felt that there were three 'sprits' there who i got a bad feeling from. not a scary feeling, but a cheeky not altogether good feeling. i felt it in the form of my back getting all tingly and electric. (a feeling ihave had many times before in dreams which has always disturbed me). anyhow.. the lady said to me they are just giggling at you, turn them into eggs and throw white light over them. i thought that was wierd and said, but i cant see them how can i turn something i cant see into an egg. anyway i gave it a go, i visualised the three 'spirits' as spots and tried to turn them into an egg each, and surrounded them in white light. the feeling in my back went away.

i remember in the dream this lady was trying to tell me other stuff but everything else she told me prooved incorrect or wrong. not so much teaching me stuff was wrong but she did some psychic readings for me and my partner and i remember thinking.. 'see i cant believe everything she says'.

maybe she is just letting you know, that you an deal with things that make you feel uneasy. not literary spirits and turning them into eggs, but maybe if there are people in your waking life who make you feel uncomfortable etc.. that there is a way to not let them bother you anymore?
