lovely dream

i ijust got up from such a lovely dream and i thought i would share it and get some thoughts.
i was dreaming that i had a mc and was booking in for a d&c. i then found out that i was pg again. i had a scan and it was twin boys. i was soooo happy in the dream and was excited but still worried that i would mc again as i was only very early along.
i woke up feeling really good.
any thoughts??
