AF after M/C

Hi, I am having my first AF after a m/c 8 weeks ago. I have been spotting for 4 days and only had some mild cramping this morning when it started "properly". Only thing is it's BRIGHT red, like m/c blood.
I just thought it was a bit odd. The flow is light-medium and have no pain at all since this morning.

Would the blood still be so bright because of the m/c?

My first and even second AF after m/c are always heavy and clotty. My Obs told me it was normal to have a heavy AF after m/c.

Thanks Diamond Girl, I am doing ok. It's not heavy though, but my m/c was never very heavy either, just went for days and days. It does have tissue again, but only tiny bits.
