Ectopic Pregnancy..

Hi, i hope this is the right place to put this.

I'm wanting to know, those who have had an ectopic pregnancy, when you did a preg test did it always come up positive, or was it negative?

I'm on CD38 today and have been doing test after test all with negative results. i was feeling nausious and also had quite sore boobs but now they have both gone. For the last few days though i have been getting quite painful cramps in my ab, which is worrying me because i never get them, not even with AF..

An ectopic will give a positive on HPT and BT due to increasing HcG levels...unfortunately the pregnancy is in the tube rather than the uterus but still a pregnancy. I didn't have any pain until mine ruptured which was life threatening...please go to the doctor if you think it's any ectopic as they can be very dangerous and time is of the essence! I really hope you get you BFP without the ectopic!!!

Tegan you will get a positive HPT if you are pregnant with a ectopic. They thought i was having a ectopic pregnancy when i was pg with Kimberley as i had so much pain in one side. It turned out that i was further along than we thought and it was streching pains.

I hope you can work out what is going on.
