How long? Painful cramps.

I was only 4 weeks pregnant, I started bleeding on Saturday, and that was probably the worst day for cramps. But I'm still getting quite painful cramps in my stomach and up my back. I haven't passed any more clots today. The cramps are getting quite painful this afternoon.

How long will this go on for?

I just want it to end.

Charlotte- babe, it's horrible My second mc was around that gestation and i was in pain for about 4 days (cramping) and bleed for about 10-11 days.
Im so so sorry darlin.....

i'm still cramping too my doctor said i can expect to have some cramping for a few days afterwards. if they become unbearable go to the ED. again im sorry hun.

I've had pretty severe cramps for up to 7 days after a miscarriage of this gestation. Definitely keep up with the nurofen if you need it, hot water bottles, warm showers etc.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope the cramps and bleeding end quickly for you.

My cramps lasted about 4-5 days when I had a loss at 5 weeks and was very clotty and heavy for about 8-9 days.
