Lightbulb How to tell if you had/have miscarriages?

I recently had a baby 8 months ago, and only recently got the imlanon put in and I had already been getting my regular periods back but after I got the impalnon I got my first period since it and it was very light and only lasted a day then 5 days later I got really heavy period which lasted 6 days with a couple of those days really bad not being able to move cramps then on the 6th day I had a massive blood clot and after some research I think it might of been a miscarriage but I didn't even know I was pregnant so I'm not sure how can if it was a clot or miscarriage and should I go see a doctor?

Implanon does all sorts of weird things to people's periods. Personally when I had it in, I would generall only get very light periods after long breaks between (six months in between). One of my friends would get very extremely heavy ones with lots of clotting and very regularly (evey 2 or 3 weeks). So it may not have been miscarrying, just rather how the lining in your uterus is forming and coming away with the changes brought about by your implanon.
