    Miscarriage/Loss General Discussion #3

Have you suffered a miscarriage or pregnancy loss and are looking for others to talk to who are in a similar situation? Are you looking for understanding and support? If so, this is the place for you.

This thread is designed to help you through the tough times....whether you have recently suffered a miscarriage or pregnancy loss, or if it was some time ago. Feel free to share your thoughts and feelings on how you remember your angels on special occasions and anniversaries.

Whether your loss was recent or not, it can really help to share your thoughts and to know that you are not alone in this journey.

Please note that there is a separate forum for Trying to Conceive after Miscarriage or Loss and Pregnancy after Miscarriage and Loss and we have monthly threads available to all members which we encourage you to join.

Hi Porsche - yay and good luck mate, I am crossing everything I have for you!!!!

AFM - I'm 13dpo today after ovulating very early this month - day 9!! I test tomorrow at the clinic but I already know I'm out, just that usual feeling that AF is around the corner.....and it always is boo hoo.

    Hope everyone else is well.

    Hi ladies,

Porshe and Alison, fingers crossed for you both ladies

Hello to everyone else in here!

Well AFM, the first AF after the m/c has finally arrived, so I'm on a count down till the next AF to start my next cycle. I am so hoping and praying that all the acupuncture I've been having is going to pay off.

Well my luck may either be looking up or going to spectacularly drop.

I got a +. I tested because I could, its kind of become a compulsion, the closer I get to AF the more I want to test and usually I do. I nearly fell off the toilet in surprise, its a pretty obvious + but still quite faint. Considering I had all that bleeding and we only dtd ONCE on like CD18 or something I cant believe its even happened. Im freaking out. Really freaking out. And Dh is away until the 30th May which happens to be the same day as my IVF appt.

Part of me wants to run off to the Drs on Monday and get bloods done; majority of me wants to bury my head in the sand. Im taking asprin JIC. I dont even know how many DPO I could be, I could be 10-11dpo or I could be earlier. I dont think AF is due til Mon or Tues so my guess is 11-12dpo today. If I was optimistic I would say its a decent + for that dpo...............ugh but I keep getting a few little cramps and doing the wipe and check. I really REALLY hate this

Man another possible January baby. If it does work out, we'll have two birthdays in January (Ds2 is Jan 2nd, his EDD was Jan 17th!), it would be good timing as DH is on holidays for most of Dec/Jan every year. Downside is its the middle of wet season which equals rain and ridiculous humidity.

I definitely wont be sharing til we see a heartbeat. Ive only told select people because I wanted to make sure I wasnt imagining the second line.

So because Im paranoid I went and bought a FRER and a digital, even though I have never gotten a 'pregnant' on the digitals until I have been atleast 4 days past AF being due, usually closer to 5 weeks.

There is a definate line on the FRER, nearly identical in colour strength. And I got 'Pregnant 2-3' on the digital I nearly fell off my chair. I would be barely 12dpo! It should only say 1-2. So I hope that is a huge indication of a very sticky baby.

I still dont believe it. Please powers that be, let the next 3 weeks go fast
