There is so much going on in our community lately, I am beginning to worry about those of you who are going through a loss and don't want to inconvenient others, or simply feel that what they are going through is nothing in comparison.
Losing a baby is not something to be swept under the rug.
A miscarriage does hurt. Mentally. Physically.
Your problems are real.
Your feelings are totally just.
Please talk about it to those closest to you. Please talk about it with us. Bottling up your emotions will get you nowhere. You need to talk, and we are here for you
Beautifully said. There is nothing insignificant. If it is important to you then it is important. My *stuff* is no more important than your *stuff*. And we are here to love and support you. No matter what
Just wondering if you meant my thread? If so, I'm still in shock over the flood, I can't even think straight at the moment O.o. It's really overwhelming at the moment, and yes I don't want to talk because others have it so so so much worse. That really is how I feel though, in shock, and feeling (comparatively) like I have no real basis to claim grief.
Maruschke - I'm sorry but I haven't read your post But i have been seeing and hearing others saying how their complaints / issues are irrelevant both here and on FB etc. After my husband died there were many people who felt like they couldn't / shouldn't complain about their own stuff because in comparison to what I was going through it was trivial. But it wasn't trivial to them. It was their life and in their life it was important. The chaos around you does not decrease the experience you are having (the royal you - not you personally!!)
It is important that people be reminded that no matter what chaos surrounds you, your worries, concerns and issues ARE important and worthy of support and love and discussion.
And now I am off to stalk your thread ...................
