Unhappy This really can't be normal..

I have literally filled about 3 super pads top to bottom, needed to have 2 showers and passed about 10 small-medium clots today. I am so unbelievablely crampy, i am popping pain killers like they are lollies, i'm feeling nauseas and light headed..

I'd sooner go through post birth bleeding atleast it was mega heavy for 2 days then went on to light this has been mega heavy for days and the cramps my god if i thought PP was bad before it has nothing on this.

I have no advice but might be best to ring the hospital you saw and ask them or the national hotline number.

Did the hospital give you an US to make sure it was a complete miscarriage? if not, get yourslef to a hospital ASAP.

I don't want to scare you but my mum nearly died after a miscarriage from having a piece of retained placenta the size of a 10c piece.

Or if you can't get to a hospital till tmorrow maybe ring one of those nurse on call places and let them know how much blood etc.
    Hope it's normal honey xoxo

They did an ultrasound and a had a pretty good look and they were positive that they couldn't see anything. If its not settling down after tomorrow i think i will head back to the ED.

My gf had heavy bleeding and pain for 6 weeks just like you described.

However if you are concerned maybe go to your GP.

sounds similar to my miscarriage too hon xxx, mine went on though for 6 weeks but wasnt complete m/c until about 4 weeks after the actual passing of the sack. Hugs xxx My OB says if you fill pad every 10mins you need to go to hospital.
