Has anybody elses child just decided that poo is YUK! Absolutely disgusting! And that the second the poo hits the nappy, the nappy has to come off?? Even if not finished??
DS did a lovely poo on the floor the other day & now has decided its the yukkiest thing ever! He still wouldn't walk over the spot where it was after I cleaned it!! Til the next day
Anyway...he just came out to me pointing at his bum...yuk! Yuk! Eeww, yuk! I had a look & yes, he'd started, but was no where near finished, so I left it...He started crying & yelling at me!!! So I took it off & he shut up!
Ok, is he starting to toilet train? Or just plain doesn't like the feeling now he's seen it??
I was starting to think D might be getting ready for toilet training too, not full time but partially. I just did some basic reading and that is a sign, maybe get a potty or one of those seats so if he wants he can then poo there. I wouldn't rush it just follow his lead (as you do).
D is weeing almost everytime after his bath and weed before he got into his bath last night. He is always watching dp in the toilet and myself so I think for us it is more curiosity. I have been thinking of getting a potty for those bath time wees and just seeing where it takes us.

I've been talking about getting a potty for weeks, but I keep forgetting!
It should be fun! He only did it that once, but he is starting to work out the wee thing. He'll start weeing on the ground & will stop himself & then watch himself, Lol!
Thinking about having the potty outside & sending him in the loo with DH more often to get the idea. He's absolutely fascinated with DH, lol.

That's funny and D is doing the same thing D also loves watching dp, he is facsinated, looing from dp to the loo and back again. I think I will have the potty around and then when summer is here send him outside too.
