You will probably have more luck from the boutique WAHMs than with the high volume brands. Sorry my youngest has been out of nappies for 1.5 years now so I'm unfamiliar with what's out there but the beetle bums pockets were good if you can get them.
I started having to make them for my DS because of fit problems. Too big for med but not big enough for large I got a honeyboy pattern and put an extra two inches in the length and it was perfect for him. If you're not the sewing type, then maybe ask the WAHMs for customs.
