In disposibles at night, but wetting through

My DS (nearly 3) is no where near night trained. He is waking very wet in the mornings. We are reducing liquids in the evening, but he still seems to be waking up wet.
I have just ordered 2 bed pads, to reduce the washing.
He is currently using Huggies nappies - the largest size you can buy, but he is soaking through these.
Any suggestions for a good night nappy?
I have rung mediquip, and they are sedning me out some adult samples in the smaller sizes, but I think they wil lbe too large.

    TIA

Put a pad in the nappy?

    Or try cloth

I have always used cloth during the day and disposables at night, but have recently changed over to cloth at night and haven't had any leaks yet. DS1 is 2 1/2 and was often out weeing his disposables.

You could try putting a pad in the nappy, or boost it up with some cloth boosters?

we get DD1 to go to the toilet before bath then again before bed, twice in around 20 mins, maybe try getting him to use the loo a few times before bed
