    Talking when is the best time to toilet train

    my little man is almost walking but when is the right time to toilet train is it when they are just walking or wait longer?

    Evan was 3 before the penny dropped for him. By that i mean fully daytime TT, it took a bit longer for nights. Glenn is 2.5 & while he knows all about the toilet & whats it for I expect it wont be till about 3 for him as well.

    I havent started with Lexi at all.. mind you she cant walk yet LOL...

    But my Nephew wasnt fully TT till about 4... He could if he wanted to but was a cheeky toad & put on & changed his own nappies to get away with using the loo or potty LOL...

    One thing I think is important is not to push them or make a fuss if they make a mistake or accident.

    I think if you start TT with a child who is only 14 months (and not ready yet. cuz I guess there are some who are), TT is going to take just as long as if you left it till they were 2 or more. What I mean is you can push with TT from 14 months & they will finallly "get It" around 3yrs of age. Or you can wait a bit & the will "get it" around 3 yrs of age. KWIM..
