HUGGIES...side leakage, help!

My DD goes to bed around 7pm and I normally have to wake her around 9pm for a dreamfeed, I normally change her nappy then as it's really full. Lately, I've been getting up at 1am as she is really uncomfortable and needs another nappy change. I use Huggies and notice side leakage quite a bit when it's full. My friend has recently told me Aldi nappies don't side leak so maybe I should get some of those. I love Huggies though and only buy them on special, never pay full price. What are your thoughts on Huggies??? And overnight issues (if any)???

maybe go up a size for night time and see if that helps!

I find DD leaks with most other brads but not huggies... Occasionally when there REALLY full and there a bit too big they leak a little.

I really think Huggies are the best but I do think they have done something to thier nappies in the last 6 months. DS never used to leak and now he does sometimes with huggies. The last few boxes I have bought the nappies feel different. However, I still think they are better than other brands. Like suggested, maybe try the next size up or you could always give the Aldis ones a go and see what happens.

Me too only purchased Huggies and only purchased on special (i would stock up) ... then i got on to Aldi's nappies and couldn't go past the Aldi price$$ (so cheap) so therefore have never gone back to Huggies (i've had no problems with the Aldi nappies & my daughter is now 2)

I agree with the next size up idea I bought severel brands including huggies and they all leaked I had to go up in size they swim on her but I haven't had one leak

THEY HAVE BIG PROBLEMS!

I WAS a Huggies nappy fan. No leakage and DD slept in them no problem UNTIL i bought the new and improved ones

I complained to Huggies and converted to Cloth because the new and improved one caused the worse nappy rash on DD AND it leaked and smelt of urine.

There is a thread somewhere with more mummy's complaining about the new ones.

my DP said he was talking to a guy from work and they too called up to complain, i only found this out this morning.

might try aldi and see how i go. it's around 8c per nappy saving anyway as i buy huggies on special.

my DD uses TODDLER huggies, 10-15kgs. she is 13kgs. i wonder what size ALDI ones i should buy? any ideas?

i have always found huggies to leak my dd is 11 months , i went to cosifits from chemist

so sick of these HUGGIES! they are leaking all the time. bought 2 x boxes at Woolies recently for $66 so if I don't like the Aldi ones, I'll go next size up which is WALKER (she is in TODDLER now). Will see if that helps!

Bought a packet of Aldi nappies $17.99 for 44 nappies so they are 40c each. I used to buy Huggies on special for $36 for 64 so they were 56c each. It is a 16c difference! Just a bit disappointed in Huggies lately.

The aldi used to be $2 cheaper and would have been a bigger saving. We use them too and think they are great!
