How long after TT your DS did you introduce standing up??

I have successfully gotten my DS TT after a few stop start attempts and he is taking himself most of the time now.......what I am wondering is how long after your DS had mastered sitting on the toilet to wee did you try to teach him the whole standing up to wee thing????

What worked for you????

I am thinking about getting a ping pong ball to put in there to aim at, anything else I should consider??

All my boys didn't get 'taught' how to wee standing up. They sat down to start with, then figured out for themselves that standing up was much easier.

Charlie has started to wee standing up on and off - depends how lazy he's feeling.

Mine just started doing wee like daddy one day, and that was it ... Which is good, coz I spend more time with him than his father and I reckon I'd give pretty shocking advice about standing up to pee!!!

I always assumed they started to TT standing up....I had no idea.

In any case, he pee'd off the back deck once and that seemed to seal the deal
