Yah I love them too. Miss M fits into hers pretty good, considering she's such a slim thing.
Its good to know they fit "michelin" and "scrawny" just as good
Lasts here too![]()
LOL!
I think we've spent the past part of the past 8 months looking for a night nappy that'll stand against Jazzy's heavy wetting at night, and also fit well on her (she has MASSIVE thighs, seriously, she's michalin baby!). I'm sure I've done a few posts about it too!

Finally found one that actually FITS properly for starters, no red marks, and goes from 7-8pm to 5-6am (could last longer but unfortunately Jazz won't sleep long
) and not even damp on the outside!
Just thought others out there with rolley-poley thick-thigh elephant-peeing babies might like to know!
Did I mention it fit around her legs without rubbing or leaving welts? Sorry, thats like a huge thing for me LOL not much fits around her legs!
Oh yeah, be good if i told you what it was LOL! It's early, I'm a bit vacant this morning! Its a Ticklefish Tots Night Nappy!

Michelin and scrawny? Sounds too good to be true.
And yet, it isn't!Sounds too good to be true![]()
What's with all the winking?
Do you know the person making them?
It's very kind of you to advertise for your friend.
Are we not allowed to wink incase there is an ulterior motive behind it? I'm confused.
It's a WAHM that does make them - and she does a great job.
Well I'm no fan of nudge-nudge, wink-wink communication but that is merely a personal opinion. There no are rules regarding winking.
I just like to be straight about people's motivations and relationships. A newbie who is looking for information might confuse your posts with genuine recommendations by people with no prior relationship with the person who makes the nappies.
Well - I don't give a crap if I have a "personal relationship" with the maker or not.
Personal recommendations from me are honest - based on MY personal experiences with the nappy.
I don't lie - especially about cloth nappies
If anyone wants to make their OWN assumptions about people's motives for recommending nappies - its purely that - an assumption.
I have just ordered my first ticklefish tot nappy, its not a night time one, its an ai2, but i am looking forward to it arriving and seeing how it works on my bubba, i am very keen to try the night time ones as well, we are still using disposables for night time use and im keen to find a really good nite nappy!
Um, yes I know who makes them. A fantastic WAHM. Unfortunately I don't think I can give her the recognition she deserves due to some new MPM rules which means she is excluded. But I wanted to spread the word on the product that she makes that works amazingly for me!
Trust me, I'm a tightass (ask Mel PMSL) and Shel is worse, and I wouldn't pay over $20 for something unless I knew it worked. Simple as that.
So, just to recap and clear up, no ulterior motives, I'm not being paid, I DID have a hard time finding a NN to work for Jazz, this one DOES work for her. YAY!
Ohh that is fabulous news, I have ordered a custom one just waiting for the right material to come available or I might switch as I am really keen to stop using the dippies at night
It is great to hear of some great sucessful stories with different sizes, DD is 8.8kg at 11 months old so pretty skinny one too, that is fab Mel!!
I certainly look for your girls for advice as you have tested many many more nappies than I have!!!
Might go and see if I can switch materials to get one sooner then wait for my other one!!![]()
I am going to address this publicly so there is no more of this kind of unnesscessary speculative talk.
Just for the record, the fact that we aren't accepting anymore MCN MPM's doesn't mean that the brand isn't allowed to be mentioned by members who have used it, it's just the store owner who is unable to and yes we know who it is.![]()
There has been a lot of misinformation and gossip being spread around that isn't true. This kind of statement creates mutiny among other members and animosity toward BellyBelly and the moderators for no reason at all! I'm shaking my head about it TBH.
There has been a member in the past who made nappies and sold them through an online store without having Market Place Membership. We were all very supportive of her, sang her praises and she did well until she retired while PG with her second bubba. She is a very gracious lady and I'm sure she would be embarrassed if she was mentioned so I'm not going to mention names, but cloth users who have been around for longer than 12 months will know who I'm talking about.
I would like to think that this has clarified a few things. Perhaps instead of guessing one might actually take the time to ask a mod about something in the future. It would save a lot of hassles and stress. We're quite approachable you know.
Further to Sam's post, all MPMs that are nappy sellers received a PM explaining the entire situation just in the last few days. They have been encouraged to forward the PM onto any other nappy sellers that may have been looking to become MPMs, so this member I would assume has been forwarded said PM.
Also, for what it's worth no-one has had an issue with the situation that I have PMed, so either they are not being honest about it or they are fine with the new rules regarding nappy MPMs.
Havent had the pleasure of trying one of Cindy's NN as yet...they look good, great job babe!!
Hey Leash...what other NN have you tried???? Mirabai make a good one for heavy wetters and Bizy bee make a super absorbent one aswell
I LOVE her ai2, so might have to try a NN!!!!
Harmony is just starting to wet through normal naps, and we need a good NN, cause she's sleeping through!!!!!!!
Agreed Maz, she does a great job!!![]()
Oohh...I was just looking at these nappies. I want to get some bc of the sale on atm but I don't know which size. It says small for 0-8mnths and 2.5-7kg and medium for 6-24mnths and 6-24kg. I have no idea what all the other measuremnets mean, pmsl. DD is only 3 months but over 6kg......medium?
I dunno SJ - Miss M is in a medium and it is really bulky on her. It even fits Aricyn no worries. I'd email them and see what they suggest, but I wouldnt' recommend a medium based on my experience for a bub that age.
