Severe nappy reaction - help!

Well DS and I are on holidays are my parents and we usually use MCNs at home. We flew down and I knew we had some sposies at their house (the brand we used before MCNs) so I didnt take the cloth ones. He has come out in a big red reaction rash over then nappy region. It is worst on the side of the thigh. I cant get DH to send them down because of the cost. Am using sudocrem. Any good ideas for surviving this! I did use soap on him in the shower last night when I dont usually but the rash is only over the nappy area not the rest of the his body. Poor bubs!

Where are you holidaying? Anyone close to you that can lend you some MCN for the rest of your holiday?

I am in Pomona but I am going to Brisbane tomorrow. I dont know anyone who uses MCNs really. I guess I could power through with some flats from the shop

Just cant understand why he is reacting now when he hasn't before but maybe he is more sensitive now then he used to be.
