I recently bought a box of huggies and noticed that part of the leakage protection thingy wasn't attached on one side. Didn't think too much of it until DD had two nights where her PJs and sleeping bag were wet in the morning but the nappy wasn't soaked through. Then I made the connection, ha ha!
Rang the Huggies service line today and they are sending me a replacement box, with a few extra nappies - I was really happy and surprised by the level of customer service. Nice to know that even when they make a mistake (a 'manufacturing error') they follow through with it
