dumb question..soaking flats...

Hi Guys, I know this sounds really stupid, but I thought I'd ask, do you you need to soak plain old flat terry cloth nappies in napisan or whatever when it just has wee on it? I'm only using them so far about 1x a day and just chucking it in with the rest of the wash, but my friend said this is a no-no?

no need to soak!! with MCN you dont soak so i dont see why you should need to saok flats!!hang inthe sun!
