New to MCN's - need help!

Hi All,
Just purchased my first MCN's today (Bumgenius 3.0) to try on my 2yo and then my newborn (due Feb)... but need help-

Washing- How many times do I need to wash before using? Do I dry them in between washes or just run them through the machine several times AND what do I wash in? Can I use woolwash as it is mild, or do I need Lux soap flakes or something else?????

Thanks for your help, really want to give MCN's a go!
