    Fabric Addiction

Ok so I should be studying for a really scary exam that I have on tomorrow...but instead I just decided to clean out my fabric stash.

I swear if I piled it all up it would easily reach the ceiling. Don't tell DH - he has no idea about this particular addiction.

    I literally have:
about 30m of various fleeces - polar, coral, micro
    20m of nappy flannel
about 15m of various other flannels
more PUL than I will ever use (including one big white piece that I bought on ebay that is 2.2 m wide and 4.9m long eek! - that is more than 10 square meters - I am sure it wasn't that big when I bought it - does PUL grow in dark cupboards?)
    3m bamboo fleece

That is just the nappy related ones! I really do think I need help. At least writing this list has stopped me buying that double sided bamboo terry that I have been drooling over.

And after all that I couldn't find the particular piece of corduroy that I was looking for and now that it is all one one place DH is far more likely to stumble upon it - and my dirty little secret will be out.

OK - so everyone else can fess up so I don't feel quite so bad.

    OH NO!!!!
3m of bamboo fleece won't be enough!

Serioulsy though my stash is HUGE too (haven't done a stocktake for a while) and though DH mocks me for it on a regular basis as it's taking over our wardrobe. If I get the urge to make something I don't need to buy any fabric or notions.
I hate paying for postage so if I ever do buy fabric then I make sure I get enough to make it worthwhile

Sorry Sam - I may have given you the impression that I was finished building that particular stash - it is only in its infancy (no pun intended )
