I just attempted a fitted!

Its not much & only baby born size, but I made a nappy!!!
I have no sewing experience whatsoever, but I think I did ok!
Its flanny inner & outter with 3 layers of flanny inside. It looks cool. Well I think it does, lol.

OMG! Have a look at the one I just made. Its about a medium.
Fitted, cotton outter, flanny inner & 5 layers of terry between.
What you think????
Jesse will actually be wearing this one. I still need to work the elastic out, lol, but I'm so proud of myself!!!!

Wow great

Just be wary about how many layers you put into it though. It may take forever to dry! Try doing 2 layers internal plus a 3 layer booster to lay in and see how that compares for drying time.

I'm washing it now. First to see if it holds together & also to see how it dries.
I only did one full layer inside, then 4 layers booster size so its not 3 inches thick, lol.

try and get your hands on some bamboo babe...will cut down on the layers as its really absorbentI think its friggen fantatsic to be honest!!!!!!! Im so wrapped that others are trying to make their own things now

Yeah, I'm checking the bamboo out. I love it too.
My Cute Tooshie bamboo fitteds are my faves ATM.
Just wish it didn't take so long for it to get here, lol.
