The past couple of months I have been feeling fairly stressed and overwhelmed. Not sure why, pregnancy hormones maybe, knowing I have lots to do before baby comes. As as a result, I've been a major grumpy bum and have been snappy at DH and have not been looking forward to usual activities like playgroup, etc. Zero motivation. Then I feel worse because I've been so cranky and I know I've been cranky and it just comes out before I can take a deep breath and relax!
Ok, so I've heard the term Bach Flower remedies thrown around a bit and am starting to think if I should give them a try to help me out with all this. Has anyone got any recommendations on what remedy would be best for me? And where do I get them from? And are they safe in pregnancy?
If these work, I may just give them a go in labour as well.
I have a remedy that helps me overcome a lot of stress and worry, to the point where I used to worry about her being asleep in another room than me, and I am now about to start work and extremely confident that Shel and Jazz will be fine without me I'm also close to going for my P's now too, something I couldn't do before. So Bach remedies get a gazillion thumbs up from me!!
All I can say is YAY! This is a fantastic thread indeed.
Bach Flower Remedies are absolutely wonderful tools for dealing with issues in the emotional realm - so safe, and so supportive. I use both the Bach Remedies and the Australian Bush Flower Remedies widely in my clinic, often with incredible results. They are brilliant for adults, children, babies, pets, during pregnancy, labour, bf and beyond.
I have a full flower essence dispensary, so if anyone requires any remedies or info, please let me know. I think LuLu has it well covered though which is so good to see - keep up the great work!
