Toddler Seat Safety Notice
We are conducting an upgrade on the toddler seat to inform consumers of the potential danger if the Jump Seat does not properly lock into place and to provide you with newly-designed safety straps, assembly instructions for those straps, and warning stickers. If the Jump Seat does not properly lock into place, there is a danger that the Jump Seat may detach from the stroller and that your child may fall.

We’d like to stress that the Jump Seat is completely safe when used properly. We are conducting this upgrade as a safety precaution to alert consumers of the potential danger when the Jump Seat is not properly installed.

The remedy that will be sent out to all consumers will include revised Jump Seat instructions, a pair of newly created Jump Seat straps intended for use as a secondary locking feature, instructions for the straps and warning stickers that consumers should place on the Jump Seat attachment bars. The warning stickers will serve as a reminder to always ensure the Jump Seat is properly attached prior to use.
