Anyone (esp. in WA) have a Bertini X4 Lite?

Hi all!

With only 8 weeks to go (or thereabouts) until the arrival of DD1, I am trying desperately to make a decision on a pram. My parents are buying it for us as a gift, and after working for months to talk my mum out of splurging on a Silver Cross Balmoral (Gosh, can't even IMAGINE trying to squash that into the boot of the bloody car lol!!!!) I have narrowed it down to the Bertini X4 Lite or the Strider Plus.

My first preference is the Bertini, but apparently they only have one stockist in WA (as I was told by the company's customer support service) and I have already been there to look at the pram and the sales staff were HORRIBLE. I really -really- like the pram though. Hrm!

First of all, does anyone have one of these prams and what are your opinions? Did you just get the stroller seat or did you also buy the bassinet addition? I drive a Honda Jazz with a large boot, so I am pretty confident that it will fit in the boot. If it turns out that the only option is to buy it from this particular store, I think I will lean more towards the Strider Plus. I don't like rewarding stores for bad customer service, especially not when you're buying big-ticket items!

Hi there,

I'm from perth and actually have one of these prams with the toddler seat and toddler board that I was wanting to sell. They are all in EXCELLENT condition. The toddler seat was only used about twice as the toddler board seemed like much more fun and the pram itself is immaculate.

If you want to have a look at them let me know as you can have the lot for $500.
