I have seen a Bruin sleigh cot from a popular chain store and it is on sale for $500 including the matching change table. (save $700.00). I have heard that it's hard to get a mattress that fits. Does anyone have this or know about it???
I looked at this same cot this time last year. But noticed it had previously been recalled based on mattress not being the correct size. If you like the cot, you may be able to get a matress made? I hope that you find a good mattress and you can purchase your cot - great deal
The new bruins have been resized to take a standard mattress so no worries there. We have one...not the sleigh.... and have a love n care mattress which fits perfectly.......

We got the Bruin Roma Sleigh - when DH put it together there are stickers & notes all over the boxes & the frame stating that they are the resized ones to fit mattresses.

Hi Guys! I today bought the Bruni Manhatten from babies r us, then googled and freaked out..thanks for update that they have been fixed! I was very worried the mattress would not fit, even thought the girl sold it to me with the bed...
If you have any feedback on how the cot is going pls do tell! I find it all stressful as it is our first! I saw the Boori at DJ's but they didnt look as deep.
Well we went to buy one today, to be told they had sold out and would not be ordering any more in. After convincing them to ring around, we also found out that Erina and all of Sydney have sold out as well

We acutally ended up cancelling our order as i went in just to make sure mattress fits and there is still a bit of a gap! they say can be 4mm... i just was to unsure..i ended up getting ther Boori cot and change table from David jones and it was less! and felt sturdy etc etc.. Boori are made i australia to aust standards etc... Im now trying to see i I can also get the cradle.

I'll have a chat to DP tomorrow about it, we found a store online that does cot + changetable + mattresses for $450-$500 which would be even cheaper and they looked like good cots
