Car seats - Where to get them fitted??

Heya!!
DP and I were just wondering where we would get the baby car seat installed, and how much it would cost roughly??

I made these phone calls this week!

RAC - $25 if you are not a member, at any Auto Service Centre.

Kidsafe - $20, couple of weeks to make a booking.

This was for Perth. We are getting ours fitted when I am 38 weeks, although Kidsafe said most people got it done at 36 weeks.

We got ours done at Kidsafe. We actually fitted the capsule and they just checked it (although in reality he took it out and started again with rolled up towels etc!) and it only cost $10 for a "check"

Im from VIC but normally they have fitting stations, or your local ambo's normally can help too.

To have mine fitted was $40 and that was a RACV fitting station.

Our local hospital has people there who do it. You can also buy the seat from them and if you buy it from them they install it at no extra cost. We had ours done at an RTA fitting station. We got a list of places that do it from the RTA website. I'm in NSW.
