    Cocoons for prams

    Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has used one of these or will be using a cocoon for the pram? I'm contemplating getting one as it gets very windy where we live & bubs is due in May. Did you find it useful?

They are handy when your bub has fallen asleep in the pram and you want to take them out without waking them. They also make a great portable bed when visiting friends, etc.

I used one for both my boys, but only a handful of times and could have got by without it. But it came in handy the times we did use it. I'm not much help am I?!

We have purchased the p&t pram and there was a cocoon to purchase as an additional extra. We have purchased it to go with the pram. Hopefully it will be beneficial when out visiting etc.

The cocoon was the absolute best purchase we made. Being able to carry the baby when going out, and I'd often put Pip in his cocoon under my chair with my coat over my lap to let him sleep. When he was younger, I'd get him to sleep by putting him in the cocoon and swing him between my legs. Nice & warm in windy weather, easy to keep clean and quite stylish.
You can get cocoons which are generic but for them to attach to the pram securely is a bonus.

Pip fit in his cocoon until he was 18 months old.

we had one used it for both the girls up to 3 months old, but then they were too big for it.
