Nuk soother (dummy) chain

I purchased this today and cannot figure out how to get it open - I feel like such a dummy (hee hee). I'll have to call Nuk tomorrow.

is it the one with a big loop on one end and a alligator type clip on the other? I can't remember what brand of dummy chain that I bought If it is, there's a little square bit on the ring that you push out - there should be a bit of a gap on one side of the loop. Hope that makes sense for you

yes, that's it - how do you push the square thing out? what do you use? Thanks!

Hold the small loop with one hand and the bigger loop with your other hand and aim to pull the bigger loop away from the the smaller one. I use pressure with my thumb to push the square of the big loop out. Make sure you're pulling the correct square out too! It's not the one that has a small circle on the opposite side. I hope that makes sense, it's hard to convey in writing LOL!
