    Gifts for #2 or #3

I'm after ideas of lovely gifts to get for women who may be expecting there 2nd or 3rd child.

So they already have the basics, but I want to get something usable.

It's also possible that the lovely expectant mothers are members of BB

    TIA

depends on what you want to spend but for us for our third family gave us money towards professional family photos which was wonderful (My Mum organised it )

A good carrier is great when you have more than one

A voucher towards/or a a new nappy bag, by number three my original one was a heap

A batch of pre cooked dinners? A voucher for help doing some cleaning or watching bubs while the sleep

Babysitting before bubs comes so they can have a last night out

A nice toiletries pack to take to hospital

Bibs are good, most of the second hand ones we had were grotty by number three

I love all the previous suggestions. The thing that I really appreciated was vouchers for an online nappy store, I had two in nappies and the extra MCNs came in handy. It was nice for new bub to have his own set of nappies too. Other things like that were good, even though I had two boys I liked #2 having his own new towel, sheets, blanket, bibs etc.

What about a nice silver photo frame or keepsake? The first baby gets lots of stuff like this, it seems to be less for #2 or #3

A beautiful keepsake box? Sometimes we forget about collecting stuff for subsequent babies as meticulously as #1

A great gift I got from a GF was a hospital supply bag - magazines, choccies, fruit, nice bath stuff.

nappy wallets! lugging two other kids around plus a huge nappy bag just does my head in...nappy wallets fit into your handbag and are awesome.

I love the idea of a 'hospital supply bag'

Cassius- do nappy wallets fit cloth nappies?

we received a lovely kit to do dd's hand & footprints.

alot of what we received was because we had a girl & already had a boy - so lots of clothes & some blankets.

i love the idea of new towels - i bought new ones for dd. and i also bought a new nappybag.

    any meals/snacks were gratefully received!

Are you any good at taking photos? A mate came and took photos of DS (and DD) when he was a few weeks old and started an album for me, i love it.

    Food for the freezer!
