Quick! Sell me the Baby Jogger City Elite!!

    Hi All,

The last few months I have had my heart set on the Baby Jogger City Select! I loved it and I really liked that it is a 4 wheeler!!

Anyway, we are going to pick our pram tonight & a friends mum works at a baby store and has just told me she can get us the City Elite for an incredible price....so, tell me why you love your city elite & why 3 wheelers are heaps better

    Thank you so much!!

Hey mate, hooray for pram shopping! That's been my fave purchase, easily I don't have a baby jogger, but I do have a 3 wheel strider plus. We pushed both the 3 & 4 around the store for ages, and found the 3 seemed to turn easier, and felt smoother. I think it's cos the front wheel is big, instead of 2 small ones. It felt just as sturdy as the 4, but yeah a lot smoother and very easy to maneuver with one hand!

    We LOVE our Elite!
    - It's amazing to fold, push (one handed - no worries!), exercise with (power walking) and easily goes off-road
    - the hood is huge and shades DD in almost all sunny conditions
    - magnets are used for all the flaps that cover the ventatilation and viewing sections in the hood - awesome idea as it's not noisy to open/close them and they don't wear out
    - the handle is fully height adjustable
    - 6 pocket parents console comes with the pram
    - basket is roomy
    - seat is very roomy - great for taller or older children
    - you can fit a capsule to it
    - you can use a bassinet with it (I would go the capsule over a bassinet if I had my time again though - just easier with a newborn)
    - the toddler seat attaches to the front and no-one has to sit by the back wheels like they do with other todler seats
    - you can get a sun canopy for the toddler seat
    - you can get a skate board for it if you don't want to use a toddler seat
    - it packs easily into a travel bag to take away with you (ours goes everywhere with us as it's so easy to pack up and put back together)
    - it's the same weight as other three wheelers (about 11kg for memory)
    - the break is really easy to apply and take off - especially in the new models

It's just a damn amazing pram!
