I have the brown tie up tote (can't remember the name) and I dont use it now.. Not big enough for 2 kids.. I'm selling it now..
I love the look of them but not practical for me...
After hijacking another members thread (sorry Skybie) and talking about Vanchi nappy bags I decided to start this one.
I am spoiling myself and getting a Vanchi nappy bag - and I'm very excited!!!
The problem is there are just so many gorgeous ones I'm struggling to pick which one to buy!!!
I am torn between the Hendrix Wedge and Zeppelin Carrier.
So do you have a Vanchi nappy bag, which one, what do you love/not like about it??
Thanks,
Dan.

I totally adore the red hendrix one ...
I am seriously considering getting it, but I would be using it as a handbag, not actually as a nappy bag. I need a new handbag, and it's hard finding *big* beautiful ones...
Though the read leather look changing mat and "ingenious dummy carrier" etc will get sone use, of course!!
Very interested to hear others' thoughts, on their practicality, durability, etc.
I like the look of the Hendriz one. I have the Vintage Blossom Messenger which I LOVE the look of and I guess it would function ok but I have only used it once LOL It WAY too big and stiff. I just use another messenger style bag that I think dh got with a shaver once as a promotion! It will probably be a good over night bag one day or good to take somewhere that I need to bring more stuff along?
I am a bit of a VANCHI addict! I have the Joplin and the City Sling (and a clutch...) and love them all. The Joplin is a great size and becuase its longer i dont find myself digging through to find anything, i tend to use it for longer outings. I use a carrier most of the time so use the sling a fair bit as its a bit smaller, but still big enough to fit what i need for a short trip. I have been impressed with the quality of them both and love all the accessories that come with them. I love walking around knowing i have everything i need but not looking like i am carrying a dorky nappy bag!
I have been looking at the Zeppelin for a while now too as it looks gorgeous! Dont know if i can convince DH that a 3rd is necessary... :-)
I also was really happy with the customer service i got from them when i had a question which always makes me happy.
All in all, of all the bags i looked at i thought VANCHI were the best both in style and value. I can absolutely see myself still using them after i dont need a nappy bag anymore.
Hope this helps you decide.
mmm i just ordered the zepplin last nightlol coz i totally needed another one to go with my hendrix, in a different colour of course. TAKE MY CARD AWAY FROM ME!!!!
I have the traveller and totally completely love it! All the room the practicality of it but especially the fact it doesnt look like a nappy bag.
I took it away to NZ with me recently and my girlfriend wanted me to leave it behind. She doesnt even have little kids to require a nappy bag but she loved it.
Havent been to the site for a while and must say DH would be pleased I havent. Love all the new styles especiallyt he Strawberry Hendrix! Christmas isnt too far away is it?
I'm so excited - I just bought myself the Zeppelin Carrier nappy bag!!!!!!!!
SSSSSQQQQQQUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Just I just have to wait until it gets delievered!!
Woohooooo! I want one!!
I got mine off the website that Skybie told us about, saved $25. I paid for mine with backpay from work (12 months without my pay increased
) so I figured I deserved a little treat especially since I didn't have to buy anything for this bubby.
You're going to be in the same place as me - having everything for a girl or boy. You could use the same excuse "that every baby needs a little something special bought for them"
I ordered the Hendrix. I was worried buying online and not seeing how big it was, but whilst bubs is not here and I'm yet to use it, I totally loved it as soon as I opened it. I wanted a nappy bag that looked like a handbag. Got mine from Buttonbaby, was the cheapest price I could find online.
Ladies
How are the Vanchis going??? Sister just asked me what new baby needs and I said a nappy bag!!
Tossing up between the Hendrix, Jopplin and Zepplin... Pros, cons? I need a big one for 2+ kids...
Hi Ladies,
I have previously had a Vanchi when they first came out about 2006, unfortuntely it has had its day and I'm looking at a new Vanchi, was wondering was the good website was for cheaper prices? I too am tossing up between the Hendrix and Zepplin, and then of course what colour to get.
I have an 'urban cosmopolitan' I'm abouts to sell on eBay due to it being too heavy for my shoulder as I have shoulder issues...
